I Love Exfoliating Gloves and This Is Why!

Y’all, I honestly haven’t used a wash rag for three months, and I don’t plan to. Exfoliating gloves are where it’s at!

If you’re not familiar with exfoliating gloves, it’s a glove with exfoliating beads that you can slip on and use in place or a rag or buffer, to both remove dirt and dead skin. It even prevents clogged pores!

This isn’t my first time using exfoliating gloves ⏤ it can be a hit or miss. When I originally tried exfoliating gloves, a year ago, I fell in love with the idea but not the actual product. I found that it tore too easily, didn’t lather up as much as I would have liked, or the gloves either lost its exfoliating beads over time or after you wash it.

However, I tried these the exfoliating gloves by Revive and honey, I fell in love. Revive’s exfoliating gloves are not only easier and more efficient than a rag/buffer, but it’s also charcoal infused. Whenever there’s active charcoal in your beauty protects, it helps you detoxify your skin while treating acne. Ladies skincare does not stop at your face, you have to take care of your skin, everywhere!

Revive’s exfoliating gloves are perfect for me because:

  • it lathers body wash and soap properly
  • gentle enough for daily use
  • is strong enough that it won’t tear even after you wash it (or have long nails)
  • it actually fits your hand
  • removes dead skin
  • charcoal infused
  • you can use it in or out of the shower (makeup, massages, etc.)
  • can wash and use up to 3x (I usually throw it out after the third wash and use a new one)
  • two pairs come in a pack

Some people prefer to have one glove gentle and the other a bit rougher for exfoliation. I find that it’s not necessary to have two different gloves for this brand because it is gentle enough to use every day. Plus, I think it’s just more efficient to exfoliate your entire body.

You can find these gloves online or at TJ Maxx (that’s where I bought it). I’ve seen prices online from $7 – $9, but you can find them at TJ Maxx for just $2.99. If you’re going to try the exfoliating gloves or already tried it, let me know what you think in the comments.
